Research
As part of our consulting work we conduct research on a range of topics. Mentoring
Our mentoring was a natural extension from our consulting work. In recent years with skills pressure on, and an ageing workforce the mentoring was an effective way of supporting high performance by team members. While the economic dynamics have changed, the same requirement remains, with organizations looking to reduce contractor numbers and increase permanent hires. Mentoring is an excellent performance development tool in its own right, or in combination with education ensures an integration of the new skills back into workplace performance.
