Quality Management

At Information Professionals, we promote a commitment to quality through both quality assurance and quality control methods, and the application of established procedures, standards and tools throughout the life cycle of initiatives.

We can assist with developing and implementing practical plans, systems and strategies that address the issues of quality. It is our belief that that at the heart of all good quality is the commitment to progress, to learning, and to sustainable and continuous improvement.  This is then underpinned by appropriate procedures and methods to capitalise on the learnings generated from the organisation.  These methods and procedures can be based on a range of standards including PMBoK, PRINCE2 and MSP.
